Clients can select a pay-as-you-go option for ad hoc support, paying for only the time they use at the rate for each resource. Alternatively, clients can opt to pre-pay for an allotment of time. With pre-pay, clients can stretch their budgets with volume discounts, and a blended rate to ensure a single rate for all resources.
We know managing cost is critical, so we assign a project manager to coordinate with clients, ensure that we do not exceed the budget, and assign the optimal technical resources to meet the need.
